چکیده

Chronic cutaneous non-healing fistulas very often are dehiscences of surgical or traumatic wounds that do not repair properly and progressively undergo intrafistular perifistular fibrosis. The fibrous tissue constitutes a natural barrier to the progression fistula process represents major cause chronicization even in context proper vascularization. microfractured autologous adipose graft allows provide tissues involved fibrotic with regenerative stimulus by MSCs (mesenchymal stem cells) contained clusters 0.3 mm. In this context, able secrete cytokines antibiotic, antifibrotic, angiogenic analgesic effects. micro-fragmentation technique guarantees high effect, as isolated enzymatically simultaneous destruction tissue. maintainance structure cluster including microvessels it amplify 6000 times active surface exposes MSCs. Our experience mechanical microfracturing method lipoaspirate consists 41 treatments. 7 cases was performed due presence fistula, which lasted from 128 243 days. 6 we achieved immediate closure while one case procedure failed. purpose paper is describe detail our an accurate description implemented used device accompanied document adequate photographic documentation.

OBJECTIVE The adipose tissue represents an important reservoir of stem cells. There are few studies in the literature with which to histologically evaluate whether or not the adipose tissue graft is really a safe option to achieve bone repair. This study histologically analyzed the effect of fragmented autogenous adipose tissue grafts on bone healing in surgically created, critical-size defects...
